Description of INSUDIET OMELETTE CHEESE HERBS 300G

Delicious preparation fast and easy to cook, rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals, it gathers everything that our organism needs for its good operation.

Usage advice and dosage

3 measuring spoons = 30 g (variable amount depending on the filling of your spoon) = 1 serving

Pour 3 measuring spoons (about 30 g) of unfilled powder into a small bowl. Add the contents of a Insu K stick. Measure 140 ml (or weigh 140 g) of plain water and gradually pour on the powder, mixing with a whisk. Let stand 5 minutes before consuming. Preheat your nonstick skillet, then cook your omelette over low heat for 4 minutes (or more depending on the texture you want). You can also: cook your omelette in a microwaveable dish about 2 minutes depending on the power, stirring regularly, Gourmet Idea: make scrambled eggs by baking your preparation over low heat in a saucepan, stirring constantly with a whisk. Milk proteins, egg white protein (25.2%), processed cheese powder 6.5% (cheese milk cultures, rennet, salt, preservative: sodium nitrate, coloring: carotenoids and annatto), emulsifier: sodium phosphate , Salt, chives (1.6%), flavoring, coloring agents, soybean oil, egg yolk (3.5%), maltodextrin, minerals (potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, manganese, copper, iodine, selenium) (Beta-carotene), fructose, anti-caking agents (magnesium carbonate, colloidal silica), vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A folic acid, biotin, D3, B12) Soybean and sunflower), antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, dL-alpha-tocopherols).
