BIAFINE Tube of 93g is a cream indicated for the treatment of first and second degree burns and any other uninfected skin wound (including sunburn).

BIAFINE cream for sunburn Tube 93G

Sunburn is caused by the UVB rays of the sun. It can correspond to several degrees of burns:

  • first degree burn, due to vasodilation of the superficial skin vessels; by pressing it, the redness disappears;
  • second-degree superficial burn, which results in the appearance of blisters filled with a transparent liquid and surrounded by a red zone;
  • the deep second degree burn is more severe: the blister floor is pale because the blood vessels have been destroyed and the nerve endings, burned, make the pain weak.

Description and indications of Biafine

  • Erythema secondary to radiotherapy treatments.
  • First and second degree burns and all other uninfected skin wounds .
  • In the event of erythema secondary to radiotherapy treatments or second degree burns it is essential to consult your doctor.

Directions for use and dosage

In case of extensive burn or blistering :
Apply the Biafine cream in a thick layer until the skin refuses. Make penetrate by a light gentle and prolonged massage. Renew 2-4 times a day.

Can be used on the face and body after sunburn.

For fragile people with fair skin (phototype I) systematically catching sunburn, we recommend taking homeopathic granules as prevention: Natrum muriaticum 9CH 3 granules 3 times a day starting 15 days before and throughout the period of 'exposure.
