How to use Lero noctuline spray 20ml correctly?

There are 2 ways to take Léro Noctuline:

• 3 sprays * under the tongue 1 time per day, before bedtime or in the event of night awakening
• 1 spray under the tongue before bedtime in case of jet lag for 5 days.

* 3 sprays deliver 1.8 mg of melatonin.
