Description Noroseal 30 Bayer Treatments
In dairy cows:
- Infection Prevention intramammary bottom throughout the dry period.
In cows considered likely free of subclinical mastitis, the drug will be used in the management of dry cow for the control of mastitis.
The selection criteria for the cows to be treated should be based on veterinary advice. These criteria can be based on the history of mastitis and somatic cell counts of individual cows, the results of tests typically used for detection of subclinical mastitis or bacteriological sampling.
Directions for use of Bayer 30 Noroseal treatments
Administer the contents of a syringe of product in each neighborhood immediately after the last milking (at drying off).
Do not massage the teat or udder after infusion of the product.
Take care not to introduce pathogens into the teat in order to reduce the risk of mastitis after administration (aseptic technique).
It is imperative that the teat is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with alcohol 90 or pre-impregnated with antiseptic wipes. Clean the teats until wipes clean. Allow to dry teats prior to administration.
Administer aseptically taking care not to contaminate the tip of the syringe.
After the infusion, using a soaking product, or a spray.
Intramammary 4 g syringe contains:
Heavy bismuth subnitrate ............. 2.6 g
Precaution of use
Do not use the only product in cows with clinical or subclinical mastitis during the dry period.
See "Use during pregnancy, lactation or lay."
Do not use during lactation.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse the area with clean water.
If irritation persists, seek medical advice and show the product label.
In case of allergy to bismuth salts, avoid using this product.
Wash hands after use.
