Magnesium Chloride COOPER SACHET 20 GR
Magnesium chloride: many traditional uses to heal naturally.
Magnesium is a mineral essential to the proper functioning of the human body. It participates in more than 300 metabolic reactions in the body. It works in close association with sodium, potassium and calcium, with which it must remain balanced in the body. About half of the body's magnesium is found in bones and teeth, while the rest is located in the muscles, liver and other soft tissues. Magnesium is eliminated by the kidneys.
Use of Magnesium Chloride
When magnesium deficiency: as in case of stress, fatigue, anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, ...
In case of constipation (magnesium chloride exerts a laxative effect).
Traditionally used for its effects against various infections (influenza, angina, ...) by preventive effect on the level of the immune system as well as by curative effect.
Magnesium Chloride Ingredient
Bag of 20 gr magnesium chloride (MgCl2)
Preparation of the magnesium chloride solution
Dissolve the magnesium chloride in 1 liter of water.
Conservation: Since we do not drink this mixture directly in full but by dose, it is advisable to store it in the refrigerator to improve the taste (less bitterness).
Advice for use and dosage of Magnesium Chloride
For adults and children above 5 years, drink 1 dose every 6 hours, for 48 hours, then every 8 hours until complete healing.
Note: 1 dose = 125 ml (a small glass), in 1 liter there are thus 8 doses.
It should be noted that 2 to 5 liters of magnesium chloride are necessary to obtain good results (ie between 16 and 40 doses). [source of dosage: Pharmacy-House, "What you must always have at home", 1991, Editions Reuille, Versoix, Switzerland]
Remarks
1. Good tip: magnesium chloride has a special taste, (very) bitter, this can be a serious drag on the consumption of this remedy.
Here is how Claudia, a Net surfer from Creapharma.ch:
"Rather than dissolving magnesium chloride in water and drinking it (not very good!), It can be used to salt broths, salads, etc. Instead of the expected salt dose, put a half -dose of cooking salt and a half-dose of magnesium chloride. The bitter taste is not so sensitive. One problem: be careful to keep the bag tightly closed, otherwise the product attracts moisture and found a "syrup "salt!"
2. Magnesium chloride is mainly used for its concentration of magnesium, a very important mineral for the body. Some studies (contested) also take into account the importance of chloride, salt in this case associated with magnesium. Since chloride is also found in cooking salt (NaCl), there is some doubt about the importance of chloride for its medicinal effect.
It should be known that there are other magnesium salts than chloride, such as citrate (magnesium), carbonate, sulfate, glutamate, etc. Magnesium chloride, thanks to chloride, seems to have better absorption than other salts. In addition, it is generally cheaper than magnesium-based compounds.
3. Many websites, magazines or books tend to exaggerate the effects of magnesium chloride. They believe that it could cure almost all diseases (from diabetes to cancer), it is clearly an intellectual abuse. So be careful with the placebo effect.
In the end, magnesium chloride is mainly used for its concentration of magnesium (chloride being a salt). While magnesium is very important for our health, it is naturally found in many foods such as bananas. Always talk to your doctor or nutritionist about your magnesium requirements.
