GLOSSARY (summary)

Inflammation of the liver. It may be due to a drug, a virus, alcohol or some other cause.
Viral hepatitis usually heals without treatment. Unlike hepatitis A and E almost always benign, hepatitis B and C can become chronic: the virus persists in the patient's body which remains contagious but does not necessarily suffer from liver problems. Chronic hepatitis is said to be active when the virus continues to destroy liver cells, resulting in increased transaminases in the blood.

Abnormal perception of irregular heartbeat.

allergic reaction
Reaction due to hypersensitivity of the organism to a drug. Allergic reactions can take a wide variety of aspects: urticaria, angioedema, eczema, eruption of pimples resembling measles, etc. Anaphylactic shock is a generalized allergic reaction that causes discomfort due to a sudden drop in blood pressure.

  • Quiets, calms down.
  • Medication belonging to different families: anxiolytics, hypnotics, analgesics, antitussives, antiepileptics, neuroleptics, etc. but also antidepressants, antihistamines H1, antihypertensives. A sedative can be responsible for drowsiness and increase the effects of alcohol.

symptomatic treatment
Treatment that suppresses or alleviates the symptoms of a disease without addressing its cause.

digestive disorders
Set of symptoms indicating irritation or malfunction of the digestive tract. One or more disorders may be present: nausea, vomiting, aerophagia, abdominal pain, heartburn, bloating, flatulence, diarrhea or constipation, etc. Antibiotics can promote candidiasis, often responsible for digestive disorders.

Health Education Council:

In the child

The advice of a doctor is necessary before using Euphytose, coated tablet in children.

In the adult

Minor Anxiety Disorders:

Mild anxiety states are normal responses to stress in everyday life.

Normally, the body reacts so that the individual adapts. In some cases, this adjustment is more difficult and may show signs of mild but embarrassing anxiety . This is most often:

· From a tight throat or ball print in the throat

· Digestive disorders (nausea, bloating, heartburn, diarrhea ...)

· Sleep Disorders

· Irritability or change in character

· Various and temporary pains.

Anxiety states when they persist require the help of a physician to diagnose and analyze the cause (s). Even in this case, it is not always necessary to use medicines. When the symptoms described above are transient and / or immediately related to current concerns, they can be identified by oneself.

When to see your doctor?

In the absence of improvement after one month of treatment and in case of bunker on your condition or if it lasts several weeks and is accompanied by harmful behaviors for health (alcohol for example), one agrees to consult your doctor. It is essential to consult a doctor who proposes a comprehensive comprehensive care.

The 5 rules to fight stress:

· do not dismiss worries, express them: speak with a trusted person,

· keep each day a privileged moment to do an activity of relaxation, a leisure even of an hour,

· save time to find yourself with family, friends,

· make projects: outings (theater, cinema, restaurant, etc), holidays ...

· ensure a balanced diet and a regular meal.

Minor sleeping disorders:

Tips for sleeping well

Spend the day:

· Even moderate physical activity (walking, cycling ...) helps develop the need for sleep overnight,

· Outdoor activities, in the light of day, help to regulate your sleep,

· By the end of the afternoon, avoid the stimulants like tobacco or coffee, tea and caffeine-based sodas,

· Dinner light and avoid eating meat or drinking alcohol.

Prepare your night well before bedtime:

· The evening should be devoted to relaxing activities that you enjoy; in fact, too much psychic tension will hamper the installation of sleep at bedtime,

· In particular, intense physical or mental activity should be avoided within 2 hours before bedtime,

· Sleep when sleep is felt, in bed, read 10 to 15 minutes before turning off the light.

Your day is getting ready at night:

· Sleep at a fixed time; your falling asleep obeys biological rhythms that must be respected. Regularity in bedtime helps the body to set up and maintain natural rhythms,

· Sleep at good temperature. A temperature between 18 ° C and 25 ° C, neither too hot nor too cold makes it easier to fall asleep, to limit the nocturnal awakenings and thus promotes the occurrence of a restful sleep.

The 10 rules to sleep well:

· In the morning, try to get up regularly at the same time,

· During the day, get outdoors

· Try to have even moderate physical activity of 30 minutes every day,

· Avoid naps of more than half an hour or too late (after 16 hours)

· Do not take coffee, tea, caffeine or tobacco soda from the snacks

· Dine light and at least 2 hours before bedtime

· Practice relaxing activities after dinner

· Avoid a very hot shower or a very hot bath before bed, prefer warm temperatures

· In the evening, try to sleep regularly at the same time

· In your room it is neither hot nor too cold, that is to say between 18 ° C and 22 ° C, the environment is without brightness

· Get up when you do not find sleep as well as when you wake up earlier.
