Application advice and opinions on Sterimar solution nasal hygiene aero 100ml

STERIMAR HYGIENE SOLUTION 100ML NOSE SPRAY is used in treatment for 10-15 days.

  ffectuer a 1st spray to boot. Insert the tip into the nostril. Administer spray by pressing the tip for a few seconds and drain the excess of the solution, then nose.
Repeat this process in the other nostril. Clean the earmold in soapy water, rinse and dry. 2-4 sprays in each nostril daily.

If nasal congestion or runny nose, repeated several times a day.
