* The heating patches Lower Back & Hip produce real heat that penetrates deeply to soothe and relax tense muscles. Each pad provides 8 hours of relief while you wear and the appeasement continues even after you have removed.
* The heating patches are designed to fit the shape of the lower back and hips, and are thin enough to be worn discreetly under clothing.
* The heating patch ThermaCare allows you to move freely while delivering therapeutic heat that penetrates deep to relax the tense muscles in the lower back.
* The heating patch ThermaCare Lower Back & Hip provide durable relief of minor muscle pain associated with overexertion, strains, sprains and arthritis.
* When used as directed, ThermaCare Lower Back & Hip can be 8 hours a day for 7 days straight. *


Board of use ThermaCare PATCH HEATED DOS 2

To benefit from the therapeutic heat of ThermaCare Lower Back & Hip, follow these steps:

1. Open the pouch by tearing, only at the time of use. ThermaCare belt may take up to 30 minutes before reaching its therapeutic temperature.
2. Place the compress, dark side to the skin on the lower back or hip, the sore spot.
3. If you are 55 or older, apply the compress over a garment rather than directly on the skin.
4. Press firmly. For maximum efficiency, it is recommended to wear ThermaCare for 8 hours straight.

Do not use for more than 8 hours per 24-hour period.

Precautions for use ThermaCare PATCH HEATED DOS 2

* Make sure the skin where you apply the compress is clean and dry, and you have not applied lotions, skin moisturizers and other topical products (including products and medicated patches.)
* Place the hot pack on your back or your hip and adjust as needed. When you are comfortable, secure the pad by attaching small clips.
* Do not overtighten. Adjust if necessary.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS BEFORE USE. ADDITIONAL WARNINGS ARE INCLUDED INSIDE. TO REDUCE THE RISK OF BURNS, FIRE, AND INJURY, USE THIS PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS.

Warnings

THIS PRODUCT CAN CAUSE BURNS AND SKIN IRRITATION. The risk of burns increases with age. If you are 55 or older, wear ThermaCare over clothing and not directly on the skin. Each heat disc contains iron (~ 2 grams), which can be harmful if swallowed. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water and contact a poison control center immediately. If the content of the heat generating disk comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. Never heat product in microwave oven or try to warm it up, as it could catch fire. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

DO NOT USE with ointments, lotions, creams and medicated ointments; on unhealthy skin, damaged, or broken; on bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours; on people unable to follow all instructions or remove the compress themselves, including children, infants, and some elderly; on parts of the body where the heat can be felt; with other heat sources.

STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR if you experience any discomfort, burning sensations, swelling, rash or other skin that persist where the wrap is worn. If the pain does not improve or worsens after 7 days, it could be a sign of a more serious problem.

CONSULT A DOCTOR BEFORE USE if you have DIABETES, poor circulation or heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or if you are pregnant.
