EAFIT Energy Drink -3h Tea Fishing contributes to the energy metabolism thanks to vitamins B2, B6 and C.
We recommend to dilute 2 pods (70 g) in 750 ml of water or 1.3 pods (46 g) for 500 ml of water. Shake the mixture thoroughly before consuming. Drink as regularly as possible during exercise, ideally 1 to 2 full mouthfuls every 10 minutes.
