Psoriatec Weakened Nail Polish Bailleul is a nail polish specifically designed to restructure and remineralize nails affected by fragility and local pain , frequently present in many nail conditions, including nail psoriasis. Typical signs of these nail problems include punctate depressions , salmon-colored spots , and separation of the nail plate from its distal part (onycholysis). This treatment moisturizes , protects and strengthens the nails. The components are natural:

• Hydroxypropyl Chitosan (HPCH) water-soluble biopolymer derived from crab shell provides moisturizing and protective effect
• Horsetail extract rich in organic silicon (7%) providing a remineralizing and restructuring effect
• Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM) providing odorless natural sulfur which improves the resistance and restores the elasticity of the nail .

Can I use cosmetic varnish over it?

Yes, some experts have however recommended an 8 hour delay between the two varnish applications. In order to avoid contamination of other nails, it is prudent not to use the same bottle of cosmetic varnish for diseased nails and healthy nails. The cosmetic varnish will be dissolved at the same time as the Locéryl varnish before a new application of the medicated varnish.
