Description of Myleugyne 1% Cream Tube of 30 g

This medication is prescribed for the treatment or adjunct treatment of certain skin conditions caused by fungi (yeast infections) .

This topical medication contains an antifungal from the imidazole family.

The microscopic fungi involved in mycosis of the skin are :

  • Dermatophytes , filamentous fungi that develop easily in the skin, hair and nails. The contamination is usually done by contact between two people (contact sports for example), but also indirectly by the presence of dander of parasitized skin in certain places (gym, bathroom ...) or on objects (combs, clothes ...) The contamination can also be animal by contact with a pet (dog, cat ...) or farm animal (horses, cattle ...). Rarely, contamination occurs through the soil containing the fungus in question.
  • Candida albicans and Malassezia , yeasts normally found in the human body. They become responsible for diseases when local factors allow their development (humidity, maceration, corticosteroid treatment ...)

Using advice from Myleugyne 1% Cream 30g tube

  • Clean and dry the area to be treated beforehand.
  • Place the cream directly on the lesions and massage to penetrate. In the folds of the skin, the cream should be applied in small quantities to limit the risk of maceration.
  • Apply Myleugyne 1% Cream Tube of 30 g 1 to 2 times a day.
  • The duration of treatment varies between 1 to 3 weeks depending on the case.
