Using advice and opinion on MERCRYL EXTERNAL SOLUTION SPRAY 50ML
Spray Mercryl Antiseptic 1 or 2 is used once daily for 7 to 10 days. The application must be for at least one minute, let it work for the drug.

Composition MERCRYL EXTERNAL SOLUTION SPRAY 50ML
Benzalkonium chloride 0.500 g as benzalkonium chloride solution 0.985 g, 0.200 g Chlorhexidine digluconate solution form of chlorhexidine digluconate 1.065 g, per 100 ml. The other ingredients are citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate, purified water. Propellant gases: nitrogen.

It is used to ensure antiseptic or cleansing of small superficial wounds.
- allergy to quaternary ammoniums ,
- in the eye or in the ear canal (risk of toxicity in case of perforation of the eardrum),
- for the disinfection of medical and surgical equipment (see Caution).
This antiseptic is not suitable for the disinfection of scissors, razors and other potentially contaminating objects. Similarly, it should not be used to disinfect the skin before a sting.
antiseptics or soaps is not recommended because their effects may cancel out.
This antiseptic should not be applied to the nipple without medical advice. Careful rinsing before feeding is essential.
Usual dosage:1 to 2 sprays per day.
Simple washing with soap and water makes it possible to eliminate the majority of germs ; it should be followed by a careful rinse because the soap can inactivate some antiseptics .

This medication is an antiseptic. It is used for antisepsis and cleaning of small superficial wounds.
For a good use of the medication:
It is important to follow the instructions in this manual.

· If you are allergic to another antiseptic of the same family as this medication.

This medicinal product is for external use only.
When used on a large area, under occlusive dressing (impermeable to water and air), on a deeply burned skin, a skin of premature or infant, there are risks of passage in the general circulation .
Use with caution in newborns, especially premature infants. MERCRYL SPRAY, may cause skin burns.

· MERCRYL SPRAY should not be used together with other antiseptics because together they may irritate your skin or be less effective.
· If using soap, rinse thoroughly before applying MERCRYL SPRAY.
Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken or may be taking any other medicines.
Do not apply solution to the breasts during breastfeeding.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Dosage / Administration
MERCRYLSPRAY, solution for pressurized bottle application is used 1 or 2 times a day, for 7 to 10 days.
The application should last at least one minute, to allow the drug to act.

DO NOT SWALLOW
Possibility of contact dermatitis (redness and itching) due to the presence of chloride debenzalkonium.
Chemical burns in newborns (unknown frequency).
