Description Maxilase syrup child

Maxilase is a drug indicated for sore throats and low intensity without fever, from 6 months. Tangerine flavor.

Composition Maxilase

Alpha-amylase 20 000U per 100 ml of syrup.

Excipients: sucrose solution, methyl paraben soda (E 219), propylparaben soda (E 217), citric acid monohydrate, sunset yellow (E110), glycerol, mandarin essential oil soluble S 164, drinking water.

Contains sugar.

Excipients with known effects:   yellow (E110), sucrose, methylparaben soda (E219), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E217)

Dosage Maxilase

Adults: 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.

Children over 3 years (over 15 kg): 2 teaspoons, 3 times a day.

Infants and children 6 months to 3 years (7 kg to 15 kg): 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.

Not to extend treatment beyond 5 days

It is used in the adjunct treatment of acute inflammation of the throat.

Special warnings

This medicinal product contains sucrose. Its use is discouraged in patients with fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency (rare hereditary diseases).

This medicine contains Sodium Metabolite (E219) and Sodium Propyl paraben (E217) and may cause allergic reactions.

This medication contains an azo dye (E110) and may cause allergic reactions.
