- Biotin (vitamin B8) and zinc that allow the maintenance of normal hair and nails,
- Vitamin B6 that contributes to normal synthesis of cysteine,
- Vitamin E helps protect DNA, proteins and lipids against oxidative stress (free radicals)
- Evening primrose oil, rich in linoleic acid (omega 6) and linolenic fatty acid (omega 3).

If your hair is soft, dull or brittle:
- Use a mild shampoo, little aggressive for your temporary problem
- Let your hair dry naturally in the air and if you use the dryer, only use the warm air in your fingers into the hair throughout the drying
- Brush your hair gently
If your nails are brittle, fragile, if they split:
- Avoid abuse aggressive solvents
- Avoid contact with the maximum water and wear rubber gloves if you must be in contact with cleaning products or a large quantity of water
