Salus Floradix Iron + Plants 84 Tablets contains plant extracts, fruit juice concentrates, iron and vitamins.

• Organic iron (II) in the form of iron gluconate and vitamins B2, B6 and B12 help reduce fatigue as well as normal energy metabolism .
• Iron participates in the formation of red blood cells (assisted by vitamins B6 and B12) and hemoglobin.
• Folic acid contributes to the normal growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy .
• Floradix tablets contain an extract of selected plants and rose hips .

For prevention or treatment of iron deficiency and anemia . Pregnancy , breastfeeding , heavy periods , diets , may require iron supplementation. Chronic fatigue for no reason, a pale complexion, excessive chilliness, susceptibility to infections, hair loss and ridged nails are the signs.

Directions for use and dosage

1 tablet per day approximately 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner. Coffee, tea, tetracyclines, antacids, dairy products, vitamin E decrease iron absorption. This is why after taking one of these substances, it is recommended to wait 2 hours before ingesting.
