Oligobs Procrea.F is a balanced combination of vitamins, trace elements, essential fatty acids (omega 3) developed according to the quality requirements of CCD Laboratoire de la Femme.

• Magnesium (100mg / capsule): it intervenes in the production of energy.

The amino acids:

• Taurine (50mg / capsule): this is a sulfur-containing amino acid found in breast milk. It acts as an antioxidant, detoxifier and stabilizing agent for membranes.

Other:

• Inositol (200mg / capsule): it intervenes in the metabolism of lipids and in the production of cellular energy.
• Omega 3 (including DHA 225mg / EPA 50mg): These are fatty acids essential for the good development of the nervous system and the retina of the fetus. DHA is brought by the diet (fatty fish: salmon, mackerel ...). In France, the population does not consume sufficient foods rich in DHA.

Usage advice and dosage
