Our professional advice and expert advice in natural health
Vaginal yeast infection is a common infection caused by disturbance of the vaginal flora . While episodes of yeast infection can be repeated in women, they are generally safe. However, the discomfort caused remains no less painful on a daily basis.
Mycosis is a fungus, most often Candida albicans but sometimes also Candida glabrata. Its presence can be diagnosed by symptoms such as redness and itching, often associated with unusual white discharge, with a lumpy appearance reminiscent of curdled milk, whitish and odorless. They are called leukorrhea. Difficulties in evacuating the bladder (dysuria), excessive frequency of urination (pollakiuria) and burning during these are also noted.
