On light, sandy soils of western Europe, this perennial has feathery leaves, white flower heads compounds, rare, tubular, yellow center inserted on a conical receptacle and yellow ribbed achenes.
The noble chamomile essential oil has a multitude of properties that must go as this treatment in family medicine. Nicknamed "the grass lion", chamomile is best known for its anti-inflammatory and sedative actions.
Traditionally known for its properties:
• anti-inflammatory • antipruritic, anti-inflammatory, antiallergic • digestive tonic: carminative, parasiticide cholalogue • • sedative, pre-anesthetic, sedative CNS • analgesic analgesic.
