What is Pranarôm Rosemary cineole essential oil 10ml used for?

Rosemary cineoleessential oil has anti-inflammatory properties, inhibiting leukocyte migration, and is analgesic. It is antimicrobial. It is an antibacterial and antifungal essential oil, reducing the resistance of Escherichia coli to antibiotics and Candida albicans to antifungal agents. It is also an antioxidant and DNA protector. This essential oil is an expectorant and pulmonary antiseptic. It is also a revulsant.

Small evergreen shrub common to the garrigue of North Africa's Mediterranean region. Leaves are linear, leathery and evergreen, with parallel edges rolled under. Flowers are bluish, sometimes white. Rosemary cineole provides an essential oil similar to eucalyptus radiata and ravintsara. As such, it can be used for the same indications and combined with one or the other to obtain a superior synergistic effect.

How to use this essential oil

Expectorant, mucolytic and decongestant action on bronchopulmonary conditions such as bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; dilute rosemary cineole essential oil 20% in black cumin vegetable oil. Apply to the solar plexus and upper back 3 times a day for 3 to 4 days.
