This medication is a local antiseptic .
It is used for the cleaning and antisepsis of small surface wounds.
CONTRAINDICATIONS (summary)
This medication should not be applied to the mucous membranes , the eyes or the ear canal (risk of toxicity in case of perforation of the eardrum).
WARNING (Contents)
Avoid prolonged use of this medication, especially in children, on extensive or deeply injured surfaces, without the advice of your doctor: risk of drug passage through the blood.
This antiseptic destroys the germs in less than 5 minutes. However, its action is not immediate and it is not suitable for the disinfection of scissors, razors and other potentially contaminating objects. Similarly, it should not be used to disinfect the skin before a sting.

This medicine is recommended in:

· Antisepsis of small wounds (superficial and small).

2. BEFORE YOU USE DOSISEPTINE 0.05 PERCENT, solution for cutaneous application in a pressurized bottle?

Never use DOSISEPTINE 0.05 PERCENT, solution for cutaneous application in pressurized bottle:

· If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substance (chlorhexidine gluconate), a related substance or any of the other ingredients of this medicine. You will find the list of components in section 6.

· In application on the eyes and mucous membranes (inside the nose, mouth and ears, genitals).

Warnings and precautions

You should not use DOSISEPTINE 0.05 PERCENT without consulting your doctor:
