Benetransit Ortis tablets on sale in our organic pharmacy. It's a natural laxative food supplement based on ingredients of natural origin which has a gentle action on transit, an anti-ballooning action and helps to regain a flat stomach.

What is Benetransit Comprimés Laxatif Naturel Ortis used for?

Good transit is synonymous with well-being and lightness, thanks to the efficient and regular elimination of waste and toxins through stools.

  • Senna accelerates transit.
  • Artichoke facilitates transit by stimulating bile secretion.
  • Fennel is traditionally used to combat bloating and improve digestive well-being.

Eat fiber more regularly

Among all fiber-rich foods, give preference to those with predominantly insoluble fiber, such as whole grain products, fruits and vegetables with edible skins (figs, tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, radishes, etc.), salad, celery, cauliflower, legumes, dried fruit, etc.

However, if you've been a modest fiber fan up to now, it's best to increase your intake very gradually, so as not to upset your intestines and avoid bloating.

Take supplements containing probiotics

An imbalance in the bacteria that live naturally in your intestines can be the cause of digestive problems. Prebiotics and probiotics can help boost your immune system and support your overall digestive health. Probiotic foods contain live bacteria. Prebiotic foods nourish the good bacteria already living in your gut.

Stimulate and regulate intestinal transit with senna and caneflower

Discover an effective, natural solution to regulate your intestinal transit with Benetransit Ortis tablets. Thanks to an expert combination of natural ingredients, these tablets help you regain regular, harmonious transit. Senna and cuneate are the main active ingredients in this product, recognized for centuries for their beneficial effects on digestion and intestinal transit.

Senna, a plant with gentle purgative properties, gently stimulates muscular contractions in the intestine, promoting regular bowel movements. It helps eliminate toxins and waste accumulated in the digestive system, which can help reduce the sensation of heaviness and abdominal discomfort.

Dogwood, also known as frangula, has mild laxative properties. It helps to soften stools and ease their passage through the intestine, helping to prevent constipation and promote regular transit. By combining these two powerful ingredients, Ortis Benetransit tablets offer a complete solution for those wishing to improve their digestion and regain optimal intestinal comfort.

Reduces bloating with fennel and artichoke

If you suffer from bloating or a feeling of fullness after meals, Benetransit Ortis tablets can provide welcome relief. Enriched with fennel and artichoke, these tablets work synergistically to reduce bloating and promote harmonious digestion.

Fennel, an aromatic plant with multiple benefits, has carminative properties that help reduce intestinal gas and bloating. It also promotes relaxation of intestinal muscles, which can relieve spasms and pain associated with digestion.

Artichoke, meanwhile, is reputed to stimulate the secretion of bile, a substance essential for fat digestion. By improving liver and bile function, artichoke aids digestion and helps prevent bloating after meals.

By incorporating fennel and artichoke into its formula, Benetransit Ortis offers a holistic approach to reducing bloating and promoting comfortable digestion. Regain your intestinal well-being and enjoy your meals to the full without the discomfort of gas and bloating.

Slow or lazy intestinal transit is characterized by a reduced frequency of bowel movements and difficulty in evacuating them regularly. Except in rare cases where digestive disorders are linked to an underlying disease, digestive transit can be stimulated by adopting good daily habits.

Ifbowel movements occur between 3 times a day and 3 times a week, transit is considered normal. Below this frequency, it's probably constipation. To remedy this, there are a number of hygienic and dietary rules.
