Edema refers to the swelling of tissue caused by the accumulation of a serous fluid that invades various tissues, such as connective tissue, the filling tissue that supports organs, the skin or mucous membranes. Edema can most often be seen in the hands, arms, feet and ankles, and legs.

Extranase 900NK in box of 40 / 80 tablets is a drug indicated in the adjunct treatment of edemas.

  • The use of this medication is not recommended in patients with fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency (rare hereditary diseases).
  • This medication should be used with caution in patients with kidney, liver problems or in patients with bleeding disorders.

What solutions to relieve edema ?

  • To prevent edema, it is recommended to eat a protein-rich diet and reduce your salt intake.
  • It is also possible to use plants such as green tea, dandelion or red vine through homeopathy or in the form of infusions.
