Our advice and expert advice in pharmacy

Bacteria and viruses cause irritation and inflammation in the upper respiratory tract (nose, throat, sinuses) and lower (bronchial).

To help your body fight against your ENT disorders , take an infusion of thyme, honey and lemon:

A noble aromatic plant of French gastronomy, also called farigoule in Provence, thyme has recognized antiseptic and antiviral virtues, as well as being a very good expectorant. In infusion (leave 10 good minutes), it is often used to relieve, or even cure colds. If you are not a fan of taste, add a good spoon of honey and a lemon juice. Both are also antiseptic and honey also has healing properties . Ideal when you have an irritated throat.
