Precautions with essential oils PHYTOSUN AROMS
An Essential Oil: Not used pure on the skin.
Does not apply to a child under seven years and pregnant women.
The essential oil of black birch is close to the composition of the essential oil of wintergreen (main component: methyl salicylate) level. Although less used than the latter, it is valued for its less aggressive and much more fine olfactory notes.
Uses (according to references cited below):

- Tendinitis, arthritis, rheumatism
- Muscle cramps and spasms
- Fatigue hepatic (liver fatigue)
- In friction or local applications, diluted in a vegetable oil up to 5%

Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
Not recommended for children under 6 years.
Irritation (dermocaustic oil) possible for concentrated forms

for vegetable oils: 1 pump stroke (aluminum) = 0.15 ml approximately
to convert the mass volume for a liquid (and vice versa), you can apply the following formula:
mass = density x volume at 20 ° C
Other matches for information:
1 teaspoonful = between 3 and 4.5 ml
1 tablespoon full = 7.5 and 10 ml
