Our advice and expert advice in pharmacy

A gainer is a nutritional supplement that serves to increase energy intake . In the bodybuilding practice, it gives you the energy you need to stimulate weight gain and can also be used by athletes who spend a lot of time.

Formulated with natural ingredients dehydrated from milk for protein and corn or wheat for carbohydrates, the gainer is a natural supplement and not a doping product. These preparations are not dangerous for health and have the same effects as food except they are in bar (or powder).

Who is the shipper for?

The gainers are generally recommended for people who have difficulty gaining weight and who despair of being lean. But they are also suitable for athletes who need to increase their energy intake .
