EAFIT Energie Post-Effort Drink is a dietary supplement in the form of a powder to be diluted with 19% Whey protein, 11 vitamins and 5 minerals. These proteins, vitamins (including B6 and C) and minerals (including zinc, selenium) will participate in the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen to protect the body's cells from oxidative stress, and decrease fatigue after exercise for recovery faster. This orange flavored dilution powder will be a pleasure to consume after exercise.
We advise to take 1.8 pod or 65g in 750ml of water or 1.2 pod or 43g in 500ml of water. Consume up to 1h30 after the effort.
