Maca ( Lepidium meyenii) is a medicinal plant that grows in Peru in extreme conditions, at an altitude of 3500 to 4500 meters, in particular regions of the Andes. Why go for a maca cure?
Also known as Peruvian ginseng, maca grows in the highlands of the Andes. Famous for its high nutritional value, maca contains many active ingredients: amino acids, vitamins, essential fatty acids, iron, calcium ... This tuber contains in particular a carboxylic acid which acts on the central nervous system and thus stimulates sexual activity. Similarly, it contains a sulfocyanate known to be a true aphrodisiac.
