Curcuma (Curcuma longa) is a perennial herb of the ginger family, native to southern Asia. Organic Curcuma Liquid Concentrate Extract + Black Pepper and Glycerine to Maximize Product Efficacy
This formula of Curcuma Dr. Theiss brings curcumin into a liquid extract (curcumin is the main active ingredient of turmeric) and is combined with a dry extract of black pepper for a recognized rapid efficiency. Glycerine also optimizes the assimilation of curcumin. Because curcumin alone is not well assimilated during digestion. To improve its intestinal absorption, curcumin should be combined with pepper piperine or ginger and a fatty substance.
