Our advice and expert advice in pharmacy

What are the right things to do to stimulate your memory?

Card games, society stimulates our brain by giving us pause.

Reading develops our faculties of concentration, our capacities of reasoning and association of ideas.

Games of mental calculation, sudoku, crosswords, arrow words are playful ways to solicit one's memory and concentration.

Finally, walking daily for a minimum of 30 minutes a day ensures good oxygenation of the brain.

Oxygen is essential for the functioning of the body and especially the brain. Hypoxia, the deficit of tissue O2 intake, is deleterious to the body and in particular to the brain, which has high energy requirements (20% of the total energy needs of the body). the body at rest). Consumption of O2 is not homogeneous in the brain, the sensitivity of brain structures to hypoxia is not: the vegetative structures of the brainstem, the least O2-consuming, are more resistant to hypoxia as the cerebral cortex.
According to several studies conducted, the hippocampus, a key structure of memory, would be particularly sensitive to O2 deprivation.

Integrate Omega 3 into your diet: Omega 3s ensure the proper connection of neurons to each other . We can say that they represent the food of the brain.

You can find omega 3 in certain foods such as:

  • cod liver,
  • rapeseed, flax, soybean oil,
  • fatty fish (salmon, mackerel, herring ...),
  • eggs
  • nuts

As a result, anxious subjects perform less well when the tests contain a large amount of information. This is the case, for example, with highly…
