This product contains magnesium. The combination of a number of the following symptoms may suggest a magnesium deficiency: nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, tiredness, sleep disorders minor, manifestations of anxiety, such as digestive spasms or palpitations (heart healthy), cramps muscle, tingling.

The combination of a number of the following symptoms may suggest a magnesium deficiency:

Do you even lift   nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, tiredness, sleep disorders minors,

Do you even lift   manifestations of anxiety, such as digestive spasms or palpitations (heart healthy)

Do you even lift   muscle cramps, tingling.

The intake of magnesium may improve these symptoms.

In the absence of improvement in these symptoms after one month of treatment, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Application advice and opinions on mag 2 100mg

This medicine is only for adults and children over 15 years.

Dosage

The tablets should be swallowed with half a glass of water.

The usual dose is 3 to 4 tablets per day divided into several preferably taken before or during meals.

Method of administration

Orally.

Duration of treatment

Treatment should not be extended beyond one month.
