Composition
EPAX 1050 TG QualitySilver wild fish oil on a powder base (glucose syrup, sweetener: mannitol, caseinate, soy protein, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate / natural tocopherol mixture, stabilizer: diphosphate, soy lecithin, texturizing agent: phosphates from calcium, antioxidant: green tea extract); bilberry dry extract, tagged lutein esters, ascorbic acid (Vit C), zinc sulfate, alpha-tocopherol acetate on silica (Vit E), dry extract of corn. Anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, sodium selenite. Envelope: marine gelatin / colorants: titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide.

- Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for the proper functioning of photoreceptors in the retina. They are found mainly in oily fish (salmon, herring, mackerel, tuna) and in plants such as nuts, wheat germ, soybeans.
- The carotenoid pigments (lutein and zeaxanthin) of food are incorporated in the macula and play a protective role. They are not synthesized by our body and their contribution is therefore exclusively food. Spinach and kale are richly endowed, but are also found in many green vegetables and egg yolks.
