These throat lozenges are a recommended medical device to soothe and protect irritated throats .
They form a muco-adhesive film with a barrier effect which exerts a rapid soothing action on the upper respiratory tract , and it limits the contact of irritants with the oropharyngeal mucosa.
They are indicated in case of sore throat , dry, irritative or allergic cough , tonsillitis, difficulty swallowing, oropharyngitis and colds.
This medical device also helps to prevent xerostomia ( dry mouth ) in patients forced to breathe only through the mouth, such as, for example, after operations in the ENT sphere.
It quickly rehydrates the oropharyngeal mucosa, reducing pain and burning sensation in case of throat inflammation .
This medical device is for oral administration only.
Allow the tablet to melt without chewing it.
For adults and adolescents (over 12 years old): Let the lozenge slowly dissolve in your mouth. You can take up to 5 to 6 lozenges per day.
For children over 6 years old: the child must let 1 tablet slowly melt in his mouth. The dosage for children over 6 years old should not exceed 4 lozenges per day.
If symptoms persist for more than 5 days, or in case of fever or worsening of symptoms, consult your doctor.
