Using advice GIFRER BABYGENCALM MASSAGE GEL GINGIVAL

To pierce the cap, unscrew the cap completely. Then remove the ring set below, breaking it, and replace the cap. And the lid is perforated.

You can use Babygencalm then removing only the upper cap.

Wash hands thoroughly and apply Babygencalm on your finger or directly in the mouth and gently rub the gel on the gum three times a day.
