Assay kit lets you dose immunoglobulins foal. Pack 10 The foals are born with little or no IgG. Their neonatal immunity is acquired by the absorption of antibodies in the colostrum feeding. An early lactation premature inadequate feeding, malabsorption or poor colostrum IgG can cause a defect in the transfer of immunity. This defect is encountered in 10-25% of foals. Then they have a high risk of severe illness and even death. The foals are born with little or no circulating IgG. Their neonatal immunity is acquired by the absorption of antibodies in the

Witnesses take some spots color intensity depending on whether the sample is 400 mg / dl or 800 mg / dl. By comparing the intensity of the color developed on the test spot and witnesses spots, we can interpret the concentration of IgG in the blood sample. The fact that a color appears on the control shows that the spots are active reagents.
