Directions for use and dosage

• For the bath: Mix 5 to 10 drops of essential oils (depending on the size of your bathtub) with 2 neutral base caps for bath .
• For a foot or hand bath: Mix 4 drops of essential oils with 1 neutral base cap.
• For the shower: Mix 3 drops of essential oils with 2 caps of neutral base for the shower in order to obtain an aromatic shower gel.
