Cicatryl the ointment is out of stock in France until the end of 2016. You can replace this treatment cream for superficial burns and wounds FLAMIGEL
Cicatryl the ointment is used for the local treatment of wounds and not extensive superficial burns.
Directions for use of the ointment Cicatryl
Wash hands thoroughly.
Apply a coat of Cicatryl on the region of the affected skin and rub with light massage with the fingertips. Generally 1-2 applications per day to the area of skin affected depending on the nature and extent of the injury or burn.
If the edges of the wound is irritated, do well beyond the application of Cicatryl beyond the wound to be treated.
If the injury or burn is too painful, cover with a previously coated gauze Cicatryl.
Way Cicatryl ointment Administration: Cutaneous use.
The active substances are: Allantoin 1,000g 0,007g guaiazulene Para-chlorometacresol 0.120 g alpha-tocopherol acetate 0,010g To 100 g of ointment

Never use Cicatryl ointment sachet: If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substances or to any of the other ingredients Cicatryl in sachet ointment.
Be careful with Cicatryl ointment sachet: This medicine contains methyl parahydroxybcnzoatc (E218) and propyl paraben (E216) and may cause allergic reactions.

CICATRYL ointment is used for the local treatment of short wounds and short burns.
AT· If you are allergic to any of the active ingredients or to any of the other ingredients of this medication, listed in section 6.
Warnings and Precautions
This medicinal product contains methylated parahydroxybenzoate (E 218) and propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 216) and may cause allergic reactions.
These allergic reactions are described in the paragraph "What are the possible undesirable effects".
As is usual for any wound, a preliminary cleaning is advised.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility
This medication should be used with caution during pregnancy and lactation.

Driving and using machines
CICATRYL, sachet-dose ointment contains methylated parahydroxybenzoate (E 218) and propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 216).
Wash hands thoroughly.
Apply a layer of Cicatryl on the area of the affected skin and lightly penetrate it with your fingertips.
As a general rule 1 to 2 applications per day on the area of the skin concerned depending on the nature and extent of the injury or burn.
If the edges of the wound are irritated, the application of CICATRYL should be widely displaced beyond the injury to be treated.
If the wound or burn is too painful, cover with a gauze previously coated with CICATRYL.
