TADENAN is indicated for the treatment of certain micturition disorders (emission of urine) linked to hypertrophy (increase in volume) of the prostate.
This drug is no longer manufactured, we offer the natural remedy Prostamol which contains the same active ingredient, Florida Palm or Serenoa repens.
Urination is the medical term for evacuating urine from the bladder. It is made possible by the relaxation of the bladder sphincter which appears concomitantly with the contraction of the bladder muscle, the detrusor. Urination is considered normal, when this act, ordered by the will, is painless and allows to empty the bladder completely. Otherwise, we speak of urination disorders.
There are a wide variety of urination disorders and associated causes. When the bladder empties poorly, it may be a malfunction of the detrusor muscle (bladder muscle). It can also be an "obstacle" blocking the way the urine leaves (at the level of the bladder neck, urethra or urinary meatus), or a neurological disorder preventing the bladder to function normally.

Possibility of digestive disorders (nausea, constipation, diarrhea).
Due to the presence of peanut oil, there is a risk of allergic reactions (anaphylactic shock, urticaria).
