Advantage 40 for small cats and rabbits under 4 kilograms from Elanco laboratories is an external parasiticide in pipettes that allows you to fight effectively against flea infections. Available in boxes of 4 or 6 pipettes at the best price.

Fleas are the main ectoparasites encountered. Their presence can be manifested by weak to intense itching, allergic dermatitis (hypersensitivity reaction to flea saliva), infestations of Dipylidium-type intestinal worms, etc.

Description of Advantage 40 Cat & Rabbit pipettes

Advantage 40 Cat Rabbit prevents and treats your cat or rabbit under 4 kg against fleas.
This antiparasitic is suitable for cats over 8 months old.
Fleas are killed one day after treatment.
A single treatment prevents re-infestations with fleas for 3 to 4 weeks in cats and up to a week in rabbits.
The drug can be integrated into a treatment program for flea allergy dermatitis (FPAD) in cats, after diagnosis by a veterinarian.

How to properly use these anti-flea pipettes for small cats

  1. Take a pipette out of the package.
  2. Hold the pipette upright, twist and pull the cap.
  3. Use the cap upside down to screw and perforate the pipette orifice.

Administration in cats: Part the hair at the base of the cat's neck so that the skin is visible.
Place the end of the pipette on the skin and squeeze firmly several times to empty the contents directly onto the skin.

Administration in rabbits: Part the hair at the base of the rabbit's neck so that the skin is visible.
Place the end of the pipette on the skin and squeeze firmly several times to empty the contents directly onto the skin.

All species: The product has a bitter taste and may occasionally cause salivation if the animal licks itself at the application site immediately after treatment.
This is not a sign of intoxication, this effect disappears in a few minutes, without any treatment.
Applying the product to the base of the neck minimizes the risk of the cat licking itself off at the application site.
Apply the product on healthy skin.
Ensure that recently treated animals cannot lick each other.

Advantage pipettes treat your cat against fleas and prevent re-infestations for 3-4 weeks. The solution applied at one point spreads over the whole body and acts by contact with the fleas.
Advantage can be used in rabbits and ferrets as a spot treatment for flea infestation. DO NOT USE ON OTHER RODENTS AND NAC.
