  • Adults: take 2 capsules in the evening at mealtime and 2 capsules at bedtime, with a large glass of water.
  • Children from 6 to 12 years old: take 1 capsule per day, with a large glass of water.
  • Child from 13 to 18 years old: take 2 capsules a day, with a large glass of water.

  • Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
