Herbal medicine traditionally used to reduce the feeling of heavy legs or hemorrhoidal disorders.

using advice

Oral route. Reserved for adults.
1 capsule morning, noon and evening to be taken with meals with a large glass of water.
The dosage can be increased to 6 capsules per day, if necessary.

HEALTH EDUCATION TIPS

Situations to avoid:
Sitting or standing too long, trampling, wearing clothes that are too tight (tight pants, boots), shoes with heels that are too low or too high, exposing the legs to the sun or heat sources, taking excessive weight, and avoid foods that are known to promote congestion of the veins: alcohol, spices, coffee, tea, tobacco.
Tips :
Elevate the legs whenever possible, especially in bed in the evening, engage in regular physical activity (brisk walking, swimming, gymnastics, cycling), shower the legs with cold water, massage them and wear stockings, tights or compression socks.
