What is IalusetCare Protect used for?

Protection of everyday wounds and injuries , such as cuts or scrapes , and post-surgical wounds.

The dressing acts as a mechanical barrier and absorbs exudates (in the event of an oozing wound) thus promoting healing .

Thanks to its flexible grid impregnated with silicone positioned on the compress, ialusetcare® Protect promotes respect of the wound with painless removal .

The conformable support of this dressing is adaptable to the anatomical reliefs of the wound.

Its semi-permeable coating constitutes a protective barrier and prevents any contact of the wound with water in order to avoid any maceration and allow healing in the best conditions.

How to properly apply this protective dressing?

Cleanse the wound and its contour beforehand with soap and water, or using a physiological serum solution. After removing the two protective films, apply the dressing directly to the wound. Renew the application according to the need and the evolution of the wound. It can be kept in the shower or without the bath.

What is its composition?

The Ialusetcare ® protective dressing consists of 3 layers:

• An absorbent pad with an impregnated polyester grid (silicone, carboxymethylcellulose, hyaluronic acid),
• An adhesive polyester non-woven backing,
• A polyurethane adhesive film.
