RECIPE
1. Empty the contents of the high-protein sachet into a bowl.
2. Slowly add 80 to 100 ml of cold water while diluting with a whisk.
3. Beat with whisk or fork until completely dissolved. Season with salt and pepper and add herbs or spices to your liking.
4. Put a non-stick pan on the heat and moisten it with a drop of oil.
5. Pour the mixture into the hot pan and cook for 20 to 30 seconds like scrambled eggs or an omelet (you can cover the pan with a lid the last 10 seconds of cooking to make the omelette puff up).
