The vanilla dessert in an economical 500g jar is a powdered dietetic preparation to be reconstituted to obtain a delicious high protein cream. An easy and quick slimming recipe to prepare for a dietetic but delicious vanilla dessert.
There are 3 different ways to prepare a low-calorie snack during the day or a dessert at the end of a low-fat meal: A dessert cream, a light mousse or a milk-shake rich in protein. You can dilute the mixture with cold water to make the dessert cream smoother and crushed ice directly in your shaker.
RECIPE
1 - To obtain a vanilla-style dessert cream, pour and dilute a portion of powder equivalent to one sachet in a bowl or shaker containing 120 ml of cold water until completely dissolved. Place in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes to achieve a firmer consistency.
2 - For a MOUSSE: same preparation as for a dessert but incorporate an egg white and beat the mixture firmly with a whisk. Refrigerate for a few minutes.
3 - For a MILK-SHAKE: pour the contents of a high-protein sachet into an electric mixer. Add 220 ml of cold water and mix.
