Our advice and advice from pharmacy experts

Omega-3s are essential fats for our balance. These polyunsaturated fatty acids are essential for the functioning of our heart and our brain and contribute to the prevention of many diseases such as cancer, diabetes or obesity.
Omega-3s are used in the production of highly unsaturated fatty acids and series 3 eicosanoids. These substances have favorable effects on the composition of cell membranes as well as on many biochemical processes in the body: the regulation blood pressure, vessel elasticity, immune and anti-inflammatory reactions, blood platelet aggregation.
The best known (and recognized) action of Omega 3 reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease. They reduce the level of triglycerides in the blood, have a beneficial role on blood fluidity, lower blood pressure and preserve the presence of good cholesterol.
