Description of INSUDIET VELOUTÉ PEARLS POTATOES 300G

Delicious balanced preparation easy and fast to cook, rich in protein, vitamins and minerals, it brings together all the good nutrients that our organism needs for its proper functioning.

Usage advice and dosage

3 measuring spoons = 30 g (variable amount depending on the filling of your spoon) = 1 serving
 
Pour 3 measuring spoons (about 30 g) of unfilled powder into a small bowl. Add the contents of a Insu K stick. Measure 200 ml (or weigh 200 g) of plain water, which you are boiling for 10 seconds and add to the powder by mixing vigorously with a whisk. You can: • add water if you want a more liquid texture. • replace Insu K and water with 60 ml of skimmed milk added to 120 ml of plain water. Depending on the filling of your spoon, the amount of your serving may vary. The use of a shaker for the preparation of this velvet is strongly discouraged (risk of explosion). We advise you to follow this manual in order to obtain the best result for your velvety

Soybean protein , wheat proteins , minerals (potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, manganese, iodine, selenium), potato flakes Yeast extract, leek powder (2%), dried leek (2%), yellow onion powder (1%), amino acids (L-methionine, L-threonine, L- Vitamin, pepper, milk proteins, stabilizer (sodium triphosphate), glucose syrup, vitamins (C, PP, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, folic acid, D, B12) Dyes, (chlorophylline, riboflavin), emulsifier ( soya lecithin), anti-caking agent (colloidal silica).
