Wake up, transport delays, work overload or a simple queue at the supermarket that does not move fast enough ... Your life is filled with situations that are stressful with more or less consequences on your life. Why is stress invading you? Simply because your body reacts in "survival" mode to constraints and pressures. Your body adapts by a natural physiological response and stress is its answer. That's why when faced with a situation, we are not equal. We secrete stress hormones whose rate varies from one person to another.
